Important FAQ
Shipping:
Since our Granny Rosie's flying cloud is booked for the rest of the year, all domestic and international mailings are shipped through the USPS. Domestic delivery times depend on your location. International mailings can take between 2-6 weeks, depending on your country's postal services.
What happens if I haven't received my mail?
Since untracked mail is handled by the postal service, we are not able to track its progress. If your mail hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please email us: hello@thebirthdaytriplets.com
Do I need a subscription?
For now, our mail club editions are each available as one-time purchases.
May I purchase a previous edition?
If any editions remain after the mailngs have been completed, they will be added to our archives for future purchase. Once a mailing has sold out, it is not reproduced (making them collectable!)
May I order editions for each of my children (they won't want to share!)
Yes! However, each order has to be submitted indivdually
